Melissa sighed as she sat in her rocking chair. She could hear Chelsea coughing in her room but every time she'd tried to do anything for the small kitten she always got the same response. "Nuh uh, daddy do it," Chelsea would say. Chelsea was extremely small, even for her breed, so her getting sick was dangerous, but what could Melissa do if Chelsea wouldn't have it. It didn't make it any easier that Chelsea was just learning to talk. Melissa sighed, hoping Michael would be home soon.

Michael sighed as he walked into the apartment, it had been a really long day at work making sure Zander doesn't go ADD and do anything dumb and he was tired.

Chelsea whimpered, hugging her Simba stuffed animal to her chest. To her there were two different sides to her father, there was just regular old daddy, who she spent every waking moment she could with, and then there was daddy with the big black bag, she didn't care for that side of him too much.
